A Steuben County man accused of sexually assaulting his then-girlfriend s teenage daughter was convicted Tuesday on multiple felonies following a jury trial.
A Bradford County Court jury found Nicholas Loucks, 26, of Addison, guilty of sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault (lack of consent), and aggravated indecent assault (minor less than 16 years old), all felonies.
The jury also convicted Loucks on misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child and corruption of minors.
The victim, now 16, testified that in May 2019 when she was 14 years old, Loucks twice sexually assaulted her at the Candlewood Suites Hotel in Athens Township.
