A long-time Port Elgin resident is helping continue the legacy of her late husband. Geordie Farrell will be marking her 70th birthday on March 20th by riding her stationary bike to the equivlent of 70 kilometres to raise money for the Earl Farrell Endowment Fund. Farrell says the community can also get into the act.     Farrell says the endowment fund was set up in 2019 with $10,594 with the goal to use the interest from the fund to support patient comfort and care. She says she and Earl wanted to give back the Saugeen Memorial Hospital.
