The rich tradition of excellence in high school speech continued in the Tulip City as scores came back from the Iowa High School Speech Association State Contest. Pella High earned Division I “Superior” ratings on 10 of 12 performances, while Pella Christian earned a sweep of all Division I scores at the State Large Group contest held over this past weekend. The Iowa High School Speech Association will release All-State nominations after 4 p.m. on Wednesday, February 17th. Full scores:
