Floyd County Community Center is open in Martin as a warming station. It will be open today and tomorrow for those who have lost power. You are able to stay the night, but they ask you to bring a pillow and blanket. Or if you just need to stop by to charge your phone you’re able to do so. They will have some refreshments available.
