July 12, 2021 10:28 A big weekend of television wrapped up with the return of Beauty and The Geek on Sunday night, with an average of 808,000 metro viewers tuning in to watch the reality show on Nine. Those numbers were up on the last two seasons of the program when it aired on Seven, with 612,000 metro viewers watching in 2014 and the 804,000 metro viewers who tuned into the 2013 launch. Beauty and the Geek was also the #1 metro program on Sunday night and won the three key advertising demos, but was beaten in the national figures by Seven’s Farmer Wants A Wife. The latter had 670,000 metro viewers but 1.086 million nationally, ahead of Beauty and the Geek’s 1.001 million.
