The case, filed in U.S. District Court in D.C. alleges that Giuliani launched a viral disinformation campaign against Dominion. He alleged that the voting machine manufacturer was part of a plot to flip votes for Joe Biden. The suit suggests Giuliani s motive was to enhance his public profile, ingratiate himself to Donald Trump and benefit through a reported $20,000 daily legal fee.
