BOCA RATON, Fla. â The head of an electronic voting company that s being targeted by allies of President Donald Trump said baseless claims that it helped flip the 2020 election for Joe Biden threaten to undermine Americansâ faith in democracy.

MIAMI A global elections vendor founded in South Florida is threatening to sue Fox News and other conservative media outlets for defamation unless they prominently retract unfounded reports alleging a conspiracy to rig the 2020 vote against President Donald Trump.
Smartmatic, which keeps its U.S. headquarters in Boca Raton, announced Monday that it may file lawsuits against Fox News, One America News Network and Newsmax over a “concerted disinformation campaign” to claim or suggest the company was involved in an effort to steal the Nov. 3 election from Trump. All three networks have amplified baseless claims by Trump and attorneys working with his campaign that Smartmatic software was used to manipulate vote totals.

OANN s Pearson Sharp identified the following people and companies behind Facebook s fact checkers: Communist China s Tiktok through Lead Stories and Poynter Institute, CNN s Allan Duke, Google, Soros, and Hilary Clinton s ally Margot Susca. One of Facebook s primary fact checkers, Lead Stories, makes a good bit of its money through its partnership with Tiktok, which of course is run by a Chinese company directly tied to the Communist Chinese Government, Sharp revealed, adding sarcastically, So no bias there.

President-elect Joe Biden is finally being recognized as such by Newsmax, a pro-Trump cable network that has been disputing the results for weeks.
President Donald Trump has lavished praise on Newsmax, along with their competitor One America News Network, for their willingness to entertain his election fraud conspiracy theories. As a result of the Electoral College vote Joe Biden is the president-elect and will be referred to as such on Newsmax, a Tuesday statement from Newsmax reads. We also recognize President Trump continues to contest the results and we will cover aspects of that news story.
