STEVE KNIGHT: We re testing repeatedly to hopefully have the most up to date numbers, so that we can act accordingly. Other than that, we re just doing our best to try to contain it and get our arms around it.
JULIA RITCHEY: What s been the most difficult part of managing this? Is staffing a problem when so many employees have tested positive?
KNIGHT: Well, staffing is certainly a challenge every single day. It was a challenge before COVID. But I think the thing that is the most challenging is how contagious this virus is. You know, we ve had the Department of Health and of course, when you have COVID, they come in and look at your processes and your protocols and we have done very well. They re very pleased with everything that we re doing. But it s just an incredibly contagious virus. And, you know, we have three shifts a day coming and going. I think our staff are doing as much as they can. But
