All Roads cleared for Nirav Modi s Extradition to India:- Indian jeweler and businessman Nirav Modi has been absconding from the country after he committed a fraud of Rs 14,000 crores to Indian banks. He was traced in the United Kingdom and is taken into the custody. The Indian government has been trying hard to extradite him back to the country. A United Kingdom based court today ordered the extradition of Nirav Modi after a legal battle that lasted for two and a half years. The UK court accepted that he threatened the witnesses and tampered the evidence in the case. District Judge Samuel Goozee at the Westminster Magistrates’ Court accepted the evidence.
