Russian Special Presidential Envoy for the Middle East and Africa Mikhail Bogdanov and Foreign Minister of the eastern-based Libyan government Abdul Hadi Al-Hweij have discussed ways to facilitate intra-Libyan dialogue, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.
