Whether that changes in the coming months is about as clear as a foggy Willamette Valley evening. Hayward Field, reconstructed in a two-year project said to cost more than $200 million, is scheduled to stage the NCAA Outdoor Championships on June 9-12 and the USA Track & Field Olympic Trials on June 18-27.
