On Wednesday Sidney Crawford was arrested in Clackamas County on an outstanding felony warrant out of Clatsop County for Attempted Murder
by the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force.
Warrenton Police Chief Mathew Workman tells KAST News that he contacted the U.S. Marshall Service Fugitive Task Force to find and arrest a local man on a felony murder charge and that effort proved successful Wednesday when officers took Sidney Crawford into custody in Clackamas County.
Crawford was originally arrested on February 25, 2021, by Warrenton Police Officers after he was
reported to have poured gasoline on another person and threatened to light them both on fire.

NEVADA (KTNV) â After escaping from a Nevada prison 27 years ago, Samuel Avalos-Gallardo, 52, is now back behind bars.
Avalos-Gallardo escaped from the Nevada Department of Corrections (formerly known as the Department of Prisons) in February 1994, while part of an NDF fire crew.
In 1992, Gallardo then 24 was driving while intoxicated when he drove onto the interstate ramp in the wrong direction hitting another vehicle head-on, according to authorities.
