Full regulatory clearance has been given to Bauer Media Audio for its acquisition of Communicorp Group.
The approval follow’s Bauer’s purchase of Communicorp earlier this year and extends its business operations to eight countries.
It is anticipated that the acquisition will complete on May 31st, 2021.

THE WAY HAS been cleared by Government for the sale of the company that owns Newstalk and Today FM to Bauer Media.
Communicorp Group, owned by Denis O’Brien, said today that Catherine Martin, Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media has given her blessing to the transaction.
