ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Minister for Information and Broadcasting Syed Shibli Faraz on Friday said that opposition’s appreciation for the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has exposed its political hypocrisy.
In a post on social-networking website Twitter, the minister said that changing stance and negating its own narrative has become hallmark of the opposition.
He said that opposition only accepts those decisions, which come in its favor. He said opposition only considers those elections as transparent in which it wins; otherwise it makes hue and cry in the name of rigging.

Talking to media in Daska this evening, along with Minister for Science and Technology Chaudhry Fawad Hussain and others, he said Imran Khan’s narrative is getting overwhelming acceptance from the people in by-elections.
The Information Minister said he came to Daska on the directions of Prime Minister Imran Khan to commiserate with deceased family of PTI worker, who was killed on the polling day as a result of firing by Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz supporters.

DASKA (Dunya News) - Minister for Information and Broadcasting Syed Shibli Faraz has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) won the by-election in Daska with a clear majority.
Senator Shibli Faraz asked the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to notify the victory of PTI candidate Ali Asjad Malhi in NA 75 by election as people of Daska have mandated the ruling party candidate during election.
He expressed these views while addressing journalists, flanked by Minister for Science and Technology Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, Usman Dar, Special Assistant to Chief Minister Punjab, Firdous Ashiq Awan and candidate of NA 75 Ali Asjad Malhi.
