Stratford police arrested a 19-year-old Perth East man following reports of an assault at an east-end car wash in Stratford last week.
Police were called to Halo Car Wash on Ontario Street in Stratford just before 3 p.m. on Jan. 27 to investigate an alleged assault that had just occurred. Police said the Perth East man had been using the car wash’s vacuum service without paying and, when approached by an employee about payment, became upset and began arguing.
