According to Otsego County Department of Health, an individual, identified only as a court user, was at the courthouse and had reported testing positive for the COVID-19 virus.  Because of that, an investigation has been implemented. The Otsego County Department of Health has reported that the possible COVID contact took place at the courthouse in Cooperstown on Monday May 24, 2021.
