Gail Myers Floruss
Gail Myers Floruss, 83, formerly of Woolrich, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021 in the Susque-View Home where she had been a resident. She was born Jan. 26, 1938 in Meadville to George and Eileen Earon Myers.
Gail moved to Lock Haven with her parents and sister as a child. She was a 1955 graduate of the Lock Haven High School and had been a very active member of the band. She was a member of the St. Luke’s United Church of Christ in Lock Haven where she sang in the choir for many years. When the church was lost in the 1972 flood she joined the Great Island Presbyterian Church and sang in the choir. She had worked for many years at the former Hammermill Paper/International Paper Company until her retirement.

Friends, family and coworkers on Wednesday memorialized Hamilton County Deputy Donald Gilreath as âa big kid at heartâ who was beloved for his compassion and sense of humor.
Gilreath, 36, died Feb. 12 of complications related to COVID-19. He was a 15-year veteran of the Hamilton County Sheriffâs Office.
âDuring those 15 years, Donnie became a very well-loved member of our department,â Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey said at Gilreathâs funeral Wednesday afternoon. âHe was so well-loved that many people, many people have come down to the jail that were not in uniform to express their grief and their loss.â

Brent L. Page-Munro
Brent Logan Page-Munro, 26, of Beech Creek passed away Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021 at his residence.
Born July 22, 1994 in Danville he was a son of Shannon L. (Nikki) Page of Lock Haven and his mother Barbara (Mark) (Munro) Watson of Moshannon.
Brent worked as an arborist for Discount Tree Service in Bellefonte. He loved the outdoors, fishing, camping, hanging out with his friends and especially tree trimming.
Brent enjoyed his Harley Davidson motorcycle and loved taking rides in the mountains and spending time at Aunt D. and Uncle Arnold’s Camp.
He was a 2012 graduate of Bald Eagle High School. Surviving are his parents and girlfriend Cristy Lehman of Mill Hall and her children, Carson, Kali, Karizma.
Donald L. Condo
Donald L. Condo, 87, of Lock Haven, passed away Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021 at UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport.
Born in Lock Haven on Dec. 1, 1933, he was the son of the late John and Mary Brunner Condo.
Don was a 1951 graduate of Lock Haven High School.
In 1953, he enlisted in the U.S. Airforce and served until his Honorable Discharge in 1957.
In 1961 in Unionville, he married the former Mona Bickle, who survives. Don and Mona would have celebrated 60 years of marriage this summer.
Don retired from Hammermill Paper Company in 1992 after over 25 years of employment.
He was a lifetime member of the Lock Haven Elk’s Lodge #182 and was honored to have served as the Exalted Ruler in 1982. He was also a member of the Lock Haven Son’s of Italy and Lock Haven Moose Lodge.
