The Owensboro Times Updated May 11, 2021 | 3:21 pm Bertolett Update (3:20 p.m.): After a search warrant was obtained and executed on Christopher Bertolett’s cell phone, evidence was collected portraying the juvenile in a sexual manner. Bertolett has received additional charges of 14 counts of use of a minor (under 16 years old) in a sex performance and one count of prohibited use of electronic communication systems to procure a minor for sex offenses. A 53-year-old man from Missouri has been arrested after allegedly traveling to Owensboro and sexually assaulting a 14-year-old female victim on Monday, according to the Owensboro Police Department. Advertisement According to reports, OPD responded at approximately 11:33 a.m. Monday to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for a reported juvenile sexual assault.
