Ronald Wheeler, 48, who is already serving a 48-year prison term for other stranger rapes, was sentenced to 20 additional years in prison. He pleaded guilty to two counts of rape and one count of kidnapping.

He is charged with aggravated murder and facing the potential death penalty along with three relatives: His father, George “Billy” Wagner III; his mother, Angela Wagner and his older brother, George Wagner IV.

The Daily Record ORRVILLE  Tiffany Lamb last saw her friend Jadea Jarvis around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday leaving Lamb’s home in Smithville.  The 25-year-old mother of two had decided once and for all she was leaving the father of her children. Lamb had offered her a place to stay. Jarvis just needed to return to her apartment at the French Village to pick up a few items. No longer would she suffer domestic abuse. “She was supposed to come back. She was supposed to stay here, to stay safe,” Lamb said. “She didn’t make it. Two hours after she left Lamb’s home, police found Jarvis lying in a pool of blood in the parking lot outside her Orrville home. Her ex-boyfriend, Kenneth Crenshaw, was standing over her. He was holding a gun.
