NORTHEAST OHIO (WOIO) - Four bars are at the mercy of the Ohio Liquor Control Commission after agents from the Ohio Investigative Unit cited them for COVID-19 violations.
The Wagon Wheel in Ashland was issued a citation for improper conduct â disorderly activity and sale of beer or intoxicating liquor to an intoxicated person, according to a release.
OIU agents found 25 customers drinking and congregating in the business upon their 10:30 p.m. arrival, a release said.

Agent cited The Tavern on 42, according to a news release from OIU.
Agents also cited The Wagon Wheel in Ashland, Tommy Dogg’s in Niles, The Rig in Warren and Tony’s Bada Bing in Tipp City, the release said.
Agents and Parma Heights police went to the Tavern on 42 shortly after midnight Saturday after they received a call about a curfew violation.
Officials walked in and saw eight to 10 people in the bar with most of them drinking alcohol after the 10 p.m. curfew.
