PE-backed Eco Baltia to acquire Lithuania s Ecoservice

Share: Eco Baltia, an environmental and waste management group headquartered in Latvia, has agreed to buy at least an 85% stake in Lithuanian environmental solutions company Ecoservice. Eco Baltia is backed by Lithuanian fund manager INVL s Baltic Sea Growth Fund and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Ecoservice comprises several companies operating in sectors including recycling, household waste management and construction waste collection.
