Plainview Police Arrest Man For Narcotics and Firearm Offenses
43-year-old Joe Luis Alarcon of Plainview was arrested on Monday, June 7th for narcotics and firearm offenses.
On that day, Plainview Police responded to 815 Oakland Street after they received reports of 2 suspicious men. The 2 men were suspected of stealing property. Whether or not either of the men actually were in the act of stealing anyone s property was not specified in police reports.
The officers attempted to identify the men, and Alarcon is said to have given the officers a fake name. Shortly afterwards, officers discovered that Alarcon had a warrant for his arrest for a parole violation.
