Annette Hoffman, a 40 year old female from Fort Saskatchewan, has been charged with Unlawfully Possessing a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x 4, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Property Obtained in the Commission of an Offence, Possession of Identity Documents x 2, and Fail to Comply with Conditions x 2. Hoffman was remanded into custody and will make her first appearance in court on Tuesday, May 25, 2021.
Fort RCMP say that this particular residence is well known for the drug activity going on there. At the end of March, T-CRU opened an investigation which also ended in a CDSA search warrant being granted. During the previous search of the residence, which took place on April 1, 2021, police seized 243 grams of suspected GHB, 19 grams of suspected Fentanyl, 7.2 grams of suspected Methamphetamine, several digital scales, drug packaging, and a recovered a stolen ATV.

Faheem Chapman, 27, of 123 First Ave., Apt. 308, who was charged with four counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3
rd Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 5
th Degree.
th St., Huntington Station, and charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2
nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3
rd Degree.
Chapman and Cheek are being held overnight at the Second Precinct and are scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip on Thursday..
The investigating is ongoing.
Montrose Most Wanted: Strangulation, Mischief, Domestic Violence
We have some pretty serious charges related to this week s Warrant Wednesday from the Montrose County Sheriff s Office.
These three individuals have at least a couple of things in common and one is the fact they don t appear to be very happy in their mug shots. The other common denominator is they are all wanted by the Montrose County Sheriff s Office.

First up this week is 48-year-old Sergio Arellano-Torres, a 6 Hispanic male who weighs 185 lbs. He s wanted for Domestic Violence, Second Degree Assault(Strangulation) and Third Degree Assault.

According to District Attorney Micheal Murray, a felony case was recently heard in Mills County District Court, Judge Mike Smith, presiding.
Joshua Auvenshine, on probation for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Drug Free Zone was adjudicated and sentenced to Three (3) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Gustavo Rodriogo Buitron, on probation for the felony offense of Injury to an Elderly Individual was revoked and sentenced to Ten (10) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
Christine Quigley pled guilty to the felony offense of Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence was sentenced to Four (4) years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.
