Senthong Phiengsai, a/k/a “Chino,” a/k/a “Noy,” must spend 151 months in federal prison, followed by five years of supervised release and pay a special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund in the amount of $100. The conviction stemmed from incident beginning on an unknown date and continuing until on or about September 2020, when Phiengsai, along with others, reached an agreement or came to an understanding to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture of a substance containing methamphetamine, which is a Schedule II controlled substance.
