Since the 1st of May, the Timmins Police Service has charged seven motorists with impaired driving related Criminal Code offences stemming from separate incidents involving collisions or near hits.
A Timmins Police Service officer responded to a motor vehicle collision that occurred during the evening hours of Wednesday, May 5th in a construction zone near Fogg Avenue where a driver, travelling at excessive speed, rear ended another vehicle travelling in the same direction.
