Further to General Notice No. 608 of 2021 which extends the Localised Temporary Restrictions of Movement Order to certain areas within the district of Savanne, the public and members of the legal profession are informed that the District Court of Savanne will entertain and hear only urgent applications (Bail Applications/Hearings in relation to detainees on remand in police cell, Interim Protection Orders, Emergency Protection Orders) so long as the Order remains in force.
