OSDH: 867 New COVID-19 Cases, 18 More Virus-Related Deaths Reported Eighteen more virus-related deaths and 867 new coronavirus cases were reported in the state since Thursday, according to daily numbers released by the Oklahoma State Department of Health. A total of 423,023 Oklahomans have tested positive for COVID-19 and the total number of virus-related deaths increased to 4,320, the state health department said on Friday. The seven-day rolling average for new cases reported was 811, the state health department said. As of Friday, 839,401 total vaccine doses have been administered and 969,660 total doses have been received by the state. More than 293,300 Oklahomans have completed both inoculations. The state health department said 48 counties are in the orange risk level and 29 counties are in the yellow risk level.
