The state health department did not provide an update on Friday due to the New Year holiday. On Sunday, the numbers from both January 2 and 3 will be posted to catch up from the holiday. A total of 296,055 Oklahomans have tested positive for COVID-19 giving the state a rolling average of 2,792 per day. OSDH says: 87% had a specimen collection date within the past 2 weeks.

A total of 290,936 Oklahomans have tested positive for COVID-19 and the total number of virus-related deaths increased to 2,489 the state health department said on Thursday. So far, 255,843 Oklahomans have recovered from the virus with 3,629 more cases considered recovered since Wednesday. Health officials said recovered means the patient is not hospitalized or deceased and it has been 14 days since the onset of symptoms or report.

A total of 287,030 Oklahomans have tested positive for COVID-19 and the total number of virus-related deaths increased to 2,453, the state health department said on Wednesday. The seven-day rolling average for new cases reported was 3,249, the state health department said. Sixteen people died in Tulsa County; a woman aged 50 to 64 and seven women and eight men aged 65 or older. Ten people died in Cleveland County; two women and a man aged 36 to 49, one woman and two men aged 50 to 64, and one woman and three men aged 65 or older.
