PITTSBURGH - Amazon was sued in Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas after a man was allegedly injured at the Findlay Township fulfillment center.  The complaint was filed by plaintiff Richard F. Maxson of Pittsburgh. Maxson says he was at the distribution center at 1200 Westport Rd. in Findlay Township on November 23, 2019, as part of his job duties, and alleges that the premises was surrounded with dangerous debris including rocks, pieces of concrete and six inches of sludge.  While trying to navigate the debris, Maxson allegedly fell and twisted his leg in a way that caused injuries, including a torn meniscus, lumbar spinal injury and pain.
