The last thing the people of Alberta need right now is a government funded report bordering on propaganda.
That is however exactly what they got with the release of, A New Global Paradigm: Understanding the Transnational Progressive Movement, the Energy Transition and the Great Transformation Strangling Alberta’s Petroleum Industry, a report commissioned by the Government of Alberta.

The report cost $28,000, according to VICE News, and was produced as part of the provincial government’s $3.5 million pledge to research international opposition to Alberta’s oilsands. It argues journalists are part of a “disturbing” movement to “coordinate and effectively distribute propagandized climate change issues in their reporting”

OTTAWA, ON, Jan. 27, 2021 /CNW/ - The Canadian Association of Journalists (CAJ) is thrilled to announce the launch of our January 2021 Mentorship Program.
Some of the best journalists working in radio, television, digital, and print publications across the country have stepped up to donate their time to mentor early-career CAJ members. This January program follows a pilot project the CAJ ran in September which saw 122 applicants for 16 mentors.
