The Canadian government says it is also providing support through Unicef’s with the urgent provision of 1,450 oxygen concentrators. High Commissioner of Canada to India Nadir Patel said: “In this hour of need, Canada stands with our friend and partner India in its fight against Covid-19. We at the high commission of Canada are heartbroken to see the devastating impact the pandemic is having on India, and we are working closely with our Indian partners to facilitate the delivery of essential medical supplies from Canada.
