Stamford, Connecticut-based Nestle Waters North America will be sold to two investment firms in a $4.3 billion deal.
Parent company Nestle agreed to sell the business to One Rock Capital Partners and Metropoulos & Co.
Nestle Waters produce bottled-water brands such as Poland Spring. The deal is not expected to affect the company’s local operation.
The deal is expected to be completed in the spring.
