A new advert for Love Island has confirmed the dating show will return to television screens later this month.
It will be the first time the ITV programme has aired since February 2020 after last year’s summer series was cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The advert will air for the first time on television on Saturday evening before The Masked Dancer final on ITV.

It features host Laura Whitmore and her husband Iain Stirling, the show’s narrator.

A skills and staff shortage in the hospitality industry is “getting bigger and wider every day”, First Dates star Fred Sirieix has said.
The TV personality and maitre d’ said the situation was made worse by Brexit and exacerbated by the Covid crisis, and he suggested prisons could be an untapped resource as a place to train staff.

Scarlett Moffatt has said negativity and sadness were “consuming” her before she called the Samaritans to ask for help.
The TV personality, who won I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here! in 2016, said social media trolling over her weight led her to think “I can’t do this anymore”.
The 30-year-old, who is now an ambassador for Samaritans, appeared on BBC Breakfast during Mental Health Awareness Week to recall how she sought help from the mental health charity.
Recalling her rise to fame in 2016, she said: “When I came out of the jungle I was on top of the world. I finally felt accepted.
Blankety Blank to return with Bradley Walsh as host

Blankety Blank is to return to BBC One for a new series.
The classic gameshow will be hosted by actor and television presenter Bradley Walsh, who also hosted a Christmas special of the programme last year.
Each episode will see a panel of six celebrities try to fill in missing answers over a series of rounds.
