19-year-old Woman Shot and Killed in Bridgeton, Cops Ask for Help The Cumberland County Prosecutor s Office says cops were called to the Burlington Manor Apartment Complex off of South Burlington Road in Bridgeton at 3AM Tuesday where they found 19-year-old Aaliyah Eubanks suffering from several gunshot wounds inside her apartment. The victim was taken to an area hospital where she died from her injuries, according to law enforcement. Bridgeton Police say they are searching for more information about three unidentified suspects who entered Eubanks apartment just before 3AM and then fled after gunshots were heard by neighbors. Gloucester Ex-Convict Charged With Sexually Assaulting More Minors

Read / Add Comments A convicted sex offender who was sentenced last year to five years probation has been newly charged with sexually assaulting minors in two South Jersey counties,  authorities said. Scott Bicking, 54, of Paulsboro was charged Monday with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of child, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office. Bicking was being held in the Cumberland County Correctional Facility in Bridgeton after his Jan. 25 arrest by the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office. He was charged with the latest offenses out of Gloucester County while in jail and will remain there pending his first court appearance on the new charges, authorities said. Details of the newest charges have not been released. 

Latham Indicted on Reckless Manslaughter Charge in Durham Case

The Cumberland County Prosecutor s Office says an 18-year-old man who gained widespread attention for allegedly killing his neighbor last May has been indicted in connection to that homicide. Zachary T. Latham, formerly of Vineland, was indicted on Friday on second-degree reckless manslaughter, two counts of second-degree aggravated assault, two counts of third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, and one count of fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon charges in connection to the homicide of 51-year-old William T. Durham, Sr., of Vineland, on May 4th. NJ.com reports Latham was charged in the killing of the veteran state corrections officer following an ongoing dispute. Latham was released from jail that same month over the objection of prosecutors and Durham’s family. He was allowed to move to Florida while he awaited trial in New Jersey.
