Those taken into custody on Wednesday and charged are: William L. Harris, 28, Montrose Street, Karonjah N. Witt, 28, of New Magnolia Road, Xavier L. Bogan, 20, of Seeley Cohansey Road in Upper Deerfield Township. The 10-year-old was killed in a drive-by shooting at home in the 700 block of West Earl Drive just after 11 p.m. on July 4. Charged with first degree murder, Harris is also charged with first degree aggravated manslaughter and multiple weapons offenses stemming from the slaying of Jasayde and the earlier shooting along Francine Drive. A resident of the 1100 block of Francine Drive, just off North Main Road, called police about 9:45 p.m. July 4 to report a bullet struck his house, according to police reports. The person wasn t home at the time the shot was fired but noted it possibly occurred about two hours earlier, police noted.
