East Lyme A Niantic man was arrested Wednesday on charges related to a disturbance the day before in the vicinity of Main Street and Black Point Road that resulted in damage to multiple homes and a business.
Justin T. Ebersole, 41, of 14 Crossley Court was charged with breach of peace and three counts of third-degree criminal mischief.
Ebersole, who was described in a Tuesday police report as combative and having multiple lacerations, was taken into protective custody by multiple officers that afternoon. The report said Niantic Fire Department Ambulance transported him to the hospital for treatment.
