SALISBURY, Md. – Parkside standout Caroline Pusey once again is fighting to overcome a devastating injury.
In the opening minutes of her high school field hockey squad’s first summer league game, she felt a “pop” in her right knee after being tripped up. It turned out to be an ACL tear. The same injury that she suffered in her left knee her freshman year.
Her high school career is now over, but now the first-team Bayside field hockey star is determined to be ready to return to the field later this summer for the Louisville Cardinals.
