Pair facing felony drug charges after arrest by CODE agents, deputies

Preliminary hearings have been scheduled for two Cambridge residents facing felony drug charges following an investigation by the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force and Guernsey County Sheriff s Office last week.
Brittany Gardner, 27, and Tyson Heskett, 22, were arrested by authorities on April 19 after a search warrant was executed at a Cambridge residence.
The preliminary hearings are scheduled for May 6 in the Cambridge Municipal Court.
Gardner faces single counts of permitting drug abuse and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies, while Heskett is charged with aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, also fifth-degree felonies.
