Amid the rising coronavirus COVID-19 cases across India, the Central government recently decided to cancel the CBSE Class 10 Board exams 2021 and also decided to postpone the CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2021.
Later, Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal announced that the students appearing for Class 10 Board Exams 2021 will be promoted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to the next class based on a special criterion.
NTA has postponed the upcoming JEE Main April 2021 examination amid rising Covid-19 cases. The new examination dates will be announced soon on the official website.

Amid the huge spike in COVID-19 cases, the Uttarakhand government has cancelled the Class 10 board examinations and postponed the Class 12 board exams. The announcement was made by Uttarakhand Education Minister Arvind Pandey on Sunday (April 18).
The USEB (Uttarakhand Board of School Education) board examinations were all set to start from May 4, 2021, for classes 10 and 12. Even the schools from classes 1-12 have been shut down in Haridwar, Dehradun and Haldwani till April 30, due to Kumbh Mela and the spike in coronavirus cases.

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) April session has been postponed amid a massive surge in the COVID-19 caseload. The JEE Main April exams were scheduled from April 27 to April 30 for BTech candidates. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the postponement of the entrance exam to ensure the safety of the candidates.
