New London City police on Friday issued a call to the public for information as it seeks the person responsible for writing a racial epithet on a package outside the home of Board of Education President Regina Mosley.
Police said they are investigating Wednesday’s incident as a hate crime. The package was left between 8 a.m. and 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday at a home in the area of Vauxhall Street, near the intersections of Ledyard and Briggs streets.
