Syracuse, N.Y. Despite the opening of sports arenas and a state plan to bring back the arts, entertainment leaders in Central New York still think it will be months before local theaters and concert venues are busy.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo recently ordered that wedding receptions could be held in venues at 50% capacity with a maximum of 150 people. Venues that seat more than 10,000 people will be able to operate at 10% of capacity.
