The next fiscal court meeting will be Monday evening, February 2, at 6:00 in the Trigg County Courthouse Annex basement.
Magistrates also approved a bid from A-Line Fence Company, of Hopkinsville, for around $10,500 to replace fencing for field four at the Trigg County Recreation Complex. Alexander said that particular fence was in the worst condition out of all of the fields.
People seventy and over that plan to attend the Trigg County Health Department COVID-19 vaccination clinic are asked to be patient.
Jim Tolley with the Pennyrile District Health Department says vaccinations will begin Thursday at 9:00 and will continue until 4:00 or when the supply is depleted.
Trigg County Judge-executive Hollis Alexander is asking people to be patient.

â¢Magistrates approved transfers of $3,000 to the coronerâs program to be used for general expenses and $100 to the Property Valuation Administrator Board of Assessment Appeals.
â¢The court approved a list of expenditures as of Dec. 7, that totaled $214,094.76.
â¢Magistrates approved a second reading of an ordinance changing the speed limit on Kings Chapel Road from 55 to 45 miles per hour. The change affects the entire road. Alexander said the road signs have been ordered, and the law takes effect with publication of the ordinance.
â¢The judge-executive said the countyâs recent Tire Amnesty Day went well, with some 4,000 tires collected in the local community.
