ARDMORE, Pa - Prosecutors say two men are facing murder charges after a Philadelphia man was shot and killed inside a car in Ardmore during a botched ghost gun transaction.
Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele on Sunday said 19-year-old Micah Colbert and 21-year-old Elijah Smith have been charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, robbery and related charges in the shooting death of 19-year-old Layth Evans.
Against the backdrop of his Cheltenham estate, Bill Cosby walked free just hours after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned his sexual assault conviction on a procedural technicality.
