The Washington County Recorder’s Office reminds residents of registration deadlines for snowmobile and off-road vehicles.
Registration renewals are due by the end of December. County Recorder Jo Greiner says owners may renew current vehicle registrations without a penalty for $17.75 until December 31st, and a late fee of $5 will begin on January 1st. Registrations are issued by the Recorder’s Office in partnership with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and are valid for one year.
