Aaron Steven Davis, 37, was gunned down alongside Burpengary father-of-two Daytona James Paul, 23, at a townhouse complex in Caboolture on Saturday. Public court documents have revealed that Davis had his own dealings with the criminal world and that in 2006 he was jailed for shooting the manager three times in the chest and stomach. Aaron Steven Davis has been identified as the second victim of the shootings. Mr Davis, then aged 19, was high on speed when he went on a 24hr crime spree which ended with the shooting.

The sister of a New Zealand man allegedly murdered in a fatal shooting north of Brisbane on the weekend has penned a touching tribute to her brother, questioning how she can ever stop this wave of emptiness .
Kiwi father of two Daytona James, 23, was killed alongside 37-year-old Aaron Davis in Caboolture on Saturday night. Police were called to an address in Lower King Street at 5.17pm and found the two men suffering from gunshot wounds.

A 27-year-old man has admitted to being high on the drug ice when he rammed through the front gate of a property north of Brisbane and ran over a 47-year-old woman, police say.

Harley Mobbs appeared in the Caboolture Magistrates Court this morning charged with attempted murder.
The court was told Mr Mobbs was doing burnouts at the front of the Caboolture property, where he used to live, when he ran over the woman late on Saturday night.
