A man, aged in his 40s, has been arrested and is due to appear before Cork City District Court this morning in connection with a serious assault on Patrick Street, Cork on September 12, 2019.
A man in his 40s has been arrested and is due to appear before Cork City District Court this morning in connection with a serious assault on Patrick Street, Cork on September 12, 2019, following which a man died.
The deceased, a man in his 40s, passed away on Friday October 25, 2019 at Cork University Hospital following a serious assault that occurred close to the junction with Academy Street, shortly after 9pm on Thursday, September 12, 2019.

A MIDDLE-AGED man has been charged with the manslaughter of a man in his forties who was allegedly assaulted while using a pop-up soup kitchen on Patrick Street in Cork city centre in September of 2019.
Adrian Henry, who is a native of the UK, appeared before Cork District Court where he was charged with the manslaughter of James Duncan (40) at Patrick Street in Cork on 12 September 2019.
Gardaí charge two people in connection with Cork city burglary Gardaí have arrested and charged two people in relation to a burglary in Cork city on December 27, 2020.
At around 6am, Gardaí received a report of a possible break in at a business on Leitrim Street, Cork. Gardaí from Watercourse Road and Mayfield Garda Stations attended where they found a man (40s) and woman (30s) on the premises.
They were both arrested and brought to Mayfield Garda Station where they were detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
They have since been charged and are due to appear before Cork City District Court this morning at 10.30am.

Three men are due in court this morning after being arrested in an investigation into rogue traders in Cork.
In September, a woman in her 70s told Gardaí men had called uninvited and told her they would fix her roof.
She was then pressured into handing over €5,550 before being asked to go to the bank to take out more.
