Search For Missing Man Comes To A Sad End

The search for a missing person in the Williams Lake area is now over.
Rcmp say the 38-year old man reported missing on May 27 was found deceased and foul play is not suspected.
Corporal Madonna Saunderson thanked everyone who participated in the search efforts and says their condolences are with family and friends at this difficult time.
BC Coroners Service has conduct of the investigation and no further information will be available at this time.

Wanted Woman May Be Headed Back To Williams Lake

Williams Lake RCMP is requesting the public’s help in locating a wanted woman.
Corporal Madonna Saunderson said Jamie Janine Jean Haller is wanted for 3 counts of theft, assault, fail to appear, break and enter and 2 counts of failing to comply with release order.
Saunder said Haller was possibly seen in Prince George and may be headed back to Williams Lake.
If located, Saunderson said do confront Haller but to contact the RCMP 250-392-6211 or Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-8477.
Haller is described as a 26-year old Indigenous female, five foot three, with a slender build and light brown hair (often dyed to change color).

If you’ve seen Jamie Janine Jean Haller recently, the Williams Lake RCMP would like to speak with you.
Corporal Madonna Saunderson stated the 26-year-old is wanted for three counts of theft, assault, failure to appear, break and enter as well as two counts of not complying with a release order.
Haller was possibly seen in Prince George and may be headed back to Williams Lake.
If located, Saunderson reminds the public not to confront Haller.
Instead, people are encouraged to contact the nearest RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers.
