Minnesota State Patrol: 6:31 a.m. Sunday, U.S. 71 north of Minnesota 30, Jeffers. A 2005 Toyota Highlander operated by Yorkanis Moya Hernadez, 33, of Long Prairie was northbound in snowy/icy conditions when it lost control, went off the road and rolled. A passenger, Dalana Lisbeth Lugo Perez, 26, was taken to Windom Area Health with non-life-threatening injuries. The Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Office and Westbrook Ambulance assisted.

Palkert was transported to Windom Area Health with non-life-threatening injuries. The Windom Police Department and Windom Fire Department assisted.
