The French invented a word,

Terroir is what makes wines, cheeses, and other foods made in a particular place distinguishable from those grown and made elsewhere. This same concept can also be applied to objects and extended beyond the environment and climate to include cultural, social, and economic factors.

The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) is coordinating with local health departments and hospital systems to get residents vaccinated against the coronavirus.
But what does the vaccine distribution plan actually look like and just how effective is it?Â
Getting the vaccine
In order to get the vaccine, residents must first be eligible for the phase their local health department is currently vaccinating.
All local health departments, including the Peninsula Health District (PHD), are currently vaccinating people in Phase 1a and Phase 1b.Â

Carol was a native of Connecticut but spent her childhood years growing up in Mount Vernon, New York, and Hillsdale, New Jersey. She graduated from Pascack Valley High School in Hillsdale in 1971.
Carol attended Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois, and graduated in 1975 with a B.A. Degree in English, and a minor in French. She then spent the next few years living in Germany, where she variously worked as a health spa attendant in Bad Feilnbach and as an au pair in the town of Wolfratshausen, a suburb of Munich.
