Hidden disability scheme raises awareness of epilepsy Print

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, the organisation behind the sunflower lanyard for hidden disabilities, has launched a new campaign to raise awareness of epilepsy.
The organisation is supporting International Epilepsy Day (8 February) and has collaborated with Epilepsy Society, the UK’s leading charity for epilepsy research and support, to raise awareness of this hidden health condition.
The organisation has produced a new Epilepsy Sunflower card with key messaging around seizure first aid so the wearer can discreetly highlight their hidden disability and the type of support that they may need.
